    Not my first rodeo. First time I've used the excavator and sprocket to help roll it on like this. Last time I re-pinned the track, the main of it was still on top, I just had to flip up the front. The chain binder was a very nice touch, borrowed from Ryan.
    Special mention on the grinding of the pin and link. Last time I didn't do this (didn't have electricity on site back then), and installing the keeper pin was a pain! This was so easy! Only think simpler maybe if I would have greased the pin, but it really wasn't necessary.

      Chain hoist or come-along.

      I went on a hunt on machinery trader I think. They have a section for machines being disassembled. I think this project was actually to replace a final drive, which I was able to find brand new, aftermarket through AMS Construction Parts. The link belt dealers unfortunately are useless and waaaaay expensive on any OEM parts.
