did you leave the crossbar on the rear sub frame under the seat or did you modify the stock fender? I'm thinking of re-using the stock fender for sake of simplicity but I want to use a brat style seat and am curious for recommendations to modify it.
It is a custom built, sorry i have no link, but i don't think is big deal do make it , if you have someone who can build it. Hope You make a nice bike out of your cb750 , i think that model is with cick start, it was hard for me to find something like that :)

Most are old and falling apart, never to ride again if we didnt bring them back to life with what ever parts you can find how ever you can.

Just modified the stock fender.Some people don't need the rear fender at all , but since i ride on dirty roads .. it helps a lot
