    This is what I eat in a day. Honestly, it doesn't change too much...but it doesn't need to. A lot of times, people find a plant-based diet unsustainable because they overcomplicate it. You don't need to reinvent the wheel every single day, and meals don't need to be extravagant and overly involved. Fruit is fuel, and it's so simple! Smoothies are delicious and can be so quick to make and nutrient dense! Yes, protein is important, but carbs are more important when it comes to staying fueled. I'm in the best shape of my life and I'm able to put on muscle while staying lean on a high raw, high carb diet. Hope you guys feel motivated, encouraged, and inspired by this!     Blessings! Y’all are beautiful! I just randomly 3 months ago stopped eating meat which was my favorite food ..but something happened within me and I just don’t want to eat it anymore. And yes like you said it’s a spiritual practice. ✌🏼

    I have been vegetarian for 15-16 years. I have been incorporating more foods to transition to veganism. A friend and her family have been talking to me and seeing their transition and our discussions have shown me that once you go vegetarian/vegan you start thinking of many things differently!

    Great video Dusty! We don’t buy as much bulk of bananas but still over 50 each time, and always get asked also hehe. My husband says we have monkeys at home to mess with them 😆 but then tell them the truth. Unfortunately hubs thinks he can’t go without meat 😜 But I still make him eat plant based meals a few times a week 😉 and we have a daily plant based super smoothie I make for us and our boys, loaded with over 12+ things 👍 for years now. 🌱 🍌 🫐 🥕

      Hey thanks, yea I throw all of our compost out in a pile outside. rotate stacking food scraps and yard trimmings to break it all down!

    Loved the video! I wear an Apple watch and a whoop. I charge my watch at night and wear the Whoop for sleep/recovery data. Yes, I worry about the bluetooth. Should I?

      It shouldn’t be an issue with proper oral hygiene and a healthy gut microbiome, so avoidance of processed foods helps a ton too.
