    I've been watching you guys from the beginning and love this channel :) However, this last year has been quite the challenge for me...I got diagnosed with a malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (say that five times fast...lol)...I had radiation in april and may....and had surgery last Wednesday to remove the tumor...it's all a long story....anyway, the surgery didn't go quite as planned because they had to remove the nerve from my leg and i'm left with a permanent foot drop....so, I'm switching completely to plant based tomorrow to give me the best prognosis long term...plus I was looking for high protein meals to encourage the healing from the surgery....this post was perfect for what I need at this point....thank you all for always sharing, encouraging, and being spiritually connected with your viewers...

    Great video Dusty!! This was so encouraging because I want to go WFPB, but I also have to consider the nutritional needs as well as a larger appetite of my grown son. This was awesome for providing great ideas for a picky veggies eater as pasta is always a favorite. ❤ Keep them coming Dusty, but don't let Erin disappear!     Fun tip: after wrapping the burritos or quesadillas, cook them in the waffle maker! It’s amazing!

    Youre looking wonderful bro, keep going strong! I agree that chickpea protein is one of the best forms of plant proteins. I feel awesome everytime I eat chickpeas, I notice the feeling you get from chickpeas has a body feel that is much better than most other plant proteins, it feels more complete and readily usable in the body, and gives longer lasting energy, so the satiation is all there.

      No, I don't use sunscreen ever and so far no tattoo fading! I moisturize every night and seems to keep my skin looking and feeling good

    Thank you as always for your videos. I've been watching them for a few years now. The only issue I have with these meals, is that they are high in carbs. It is totally fine if this is what you need for your body requirements (or if you're just maintaining your weight).
    BUT, for people who are trying to lose weight, or women that are entering peri menopause or menopause, it is usually recommended to consume more protein and less crabs. The only high protein AND (at the same time) low carb source on a vegan diet is soy. Beans, lentils etc- however tasty (and I absolutely love them), are also high in carbs and therefore less effective if you are trying to lose weight. Chickpeas for example will provide 7 grams of protein per 100 gram and are high in carbs.
    So I'm going to make the waffels for my son, but for me- this won't do the work.
