    just installed the cobra cold air intake on my 2020 sport tour hatch, just wondering i can only hear the air filter sucking in but dont hear it let off, is it cuase A-my exhaust is blocking the noise or B-not putting enough power to get the full pshhh noise or possibly C- the hoses arnt put on right, got a ktuner and went dino maybe the game loose? idk cant figure out

    • @MoisesEmpire
      @MoisesEmpire  ปีที่แล้ว

      Likely not putting enough power into it and letting off at the right moment. U gotta give some gas till like 3k rpm and then let go the gas fast and when u let go you should hear the pussshh sound.
      U just gotta play around with the rpm range till u find the sweet spot for your car.

    • @MoisesEmpire

      @@MoisesEmpire thanks but I've used all 3 tunes and using premium as recommended but I'm still getting lean bank 1 (p2187)
      rough idle/throttle sensor (p2100 or 2000 I forget)
      and I've literally never had a CEL in my life of this car 67kmiles until after installing Prl stage 1 and their filter. I double checked filter, still clean, I sprayed MAF.. clean, checked the upgraded hose clamps every thing is solid... any ideas?
      It comes on and off by its self every so often, mostly if I leave my car idling without driving for extended times 5 to 8m or so. And disappears at highway speeds after so many miles. But if I turn it off with ktuner it comes right back after a while... and it's been on going since late aug...
      Oh and going from park to drive in a mcdonalds drive through actually made my car stall... which is a first.. I had to turn it back on. Idk if that might play a role

      No. The stage 1 intake does NOT need a tune to run properly.

    • @MoisesEmpire
      @MoisesEmpire  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yeah to me its not really needed. I don't get y they have 2 to put right next to each other. That bolt is just to stop it from moving around and don't hold any weight so 2 is overkill to me. And its just a pain lol.
