- Unfortunately Formlabs still has yet to release the 5L cartridges, which should hopefully be lower cost than the 1L cartridges we currently use.

hey thanks for the video. i helped a lot. they bough that auto at my job and for what we print and the way we nest the models im afraid we´re gonna have to change the nesting technics for now on. i gues they didnt do their homework before buying the machine.
To get around any issues with small parts not releasing, try overlapping rafts.
Hey Kevin! love the SCX6 bumper you made for us!! Would you buy Formlabs as a first printer?
Hey sorry I missed this, but would definitely recommend an FDM machine like the Bambulabs X1C! The resin with formlabs printers requires a lot of post processing and can be a lot for someone starting out!
Any chance there’s a good way to connect with you directly? I’ve been considering this system for my business but not sure about a couple things.
1: did you get their wash and curing system too?
And I have some others I’m not thinking of
What’s the failure rate on these? Often to prints not work right?
It is hard to judge your use case and experience with these types of printers, but it is a lot of labor and a LOT of cost. If you have an existing business selling parts from Formlabs machines then this is the next step up. If you're looking to jump right in then I would recommend buying a form 2 to start and work your way up.
@@kevin_fine Gotcha. I used to use anycubic machinex but anycubic is an awful company to rely on. Now I am using Elegoo and they are better but now im too busy to really keep up with the printer itself between admin, project managment and UV printing
