Hi Paul! I want to share my success, for the first time in my life I managed to jump onto the rings, which are at the height of my head, and hold the angle for a few seconds! the true 'value' of BA planche is being able to practice lower body activation (keeping hips down, preventing the legs from sagging) particularly for SA straddle planche where those problems are most prevalent. Similarly, dragon flags are good for learning to keep the hips up in FL without worrying about actual FL strength
