Whenever there is a Closure of a Highway it is for Only 2 Reasons: 1. Road Work (or) 2. An Accident where there was a Death as they have to Investigate the Scene and Recreate it for the Courts/Legal System.Hopefully it is Only for Road Work! 🙏

We won’t get the truth so it doesn’t really matter what happened.
