I bought a 424 in 2017 and it has more than paid for itself in landscaping projects. I've been very happy with it. These Yanmars are incredibly well built and reliable. There's a reason Home Depot uses them as their rental compact tractors. This is honestly one of the few truly "thought out and designed" tractors in its class, in terms of engineering and ergonomics. Everything just works.
I have settled on YANMAR, after looking for 2 years. It is a real rugged lookin tractor, with a warranty that can’t be beat ! Going to be looking closely at the 424! THANKS FOR THIS VIDEO!!!
I own a 2021 SA324, It's a great tractor for my needs. I have one problem: no matter how hard I set the break I cannot get off the seat without the engine cutting off. I checked the connection under the seat & it looks fine. Is there a wiring diagram that shows the switches? Any help is greatly appreciated.
You mean brake, the thing that stops you. break means something is broken. see this all the time and I will never understand why people get it wrong so often.
Around here hardly anyone will touch a TYM. All to often TYM dealers have poor service and don’t last long. I do have a dealer friend that selling their counter part the Branson but is always complaining they don’t pay their warranty. I’ve never had that issue with Yanmar!
You are limited to Yanmar attachments for the front. Are they offering the universal skid steer standard ,so you can put stump bucket and all other skid steer attachments?
There are now several suppliers for the Yanmar attachment style implements. I personally like the Yanmar style and have not converted mine. I'm frequently switching back and forth between forks and the bucket and soon to be grapple. However, if you prefer the Skid Steer which is not standard we can convert it in house.
I always suggest throttling down then back up. I personally own this tractor and there’s not much modulation on the clutch. The only implement that you even notice it on is a 5 foot shredder.
This is a loaded question. In the beginning they were going to make rear remotes standard but supply issues cut that short. Currently the only difference is the addition of a 12v outlet. Now to be fair even if they wouldn’t of changed models they’d of increased the price but in comparison they’ve increased the least of the brands we carry. We’ve not had a new 324 in over a year so I’ll bet if someone has one they’ll be willing to deal on it. Thanks for watching
Heck yeah free delivery to Fairfield that's right down the road. Can I have a salesman reach out? If you would text or call 903-270-0877 I'll make sure you get all the info you're looking for.
@@prequipmentsales nice ! I look forward to purchasing from y'all. Just started working with Dante via phone Thanks again for the video overview. Very informative
@@fownine4life853 completely understand and great foresight. We’re a service first dealership so we’re always looking at how we’ll be able to support the customer after the sale. However the SA Yanmars have been so dang reliable that if you can change your own oil you’re good to go. Regardless good luck with the tractor shopping!
So I personally own one of these and the arms are incredibly stout plus the one piece design makes them stronger. I have used mine to feed 4x5 round bales with the last several years. Would be glad to send video of that if you drop your email. As far as the bucket goes I’ve been hard on mine and yes I’ve got some dings on the top rail however the cutting edge had remained straight through all my abuse so I have no complaints personally.

AGREE! I appreciate your thoughts. I’d put the SA tractors up against any other tractor in its class. Thanks for watching.

Same here. My dealer tried to fix it prior to delivery, but it's still an issue.

That push button PTO… Does it soft start the PTO or do you have to throttle down to engage it and then throttle back up?
I always suggest throttling down then back up. I personally own this tractor and there’s not much modulation on the clutch. The only implement that you even notice it on is a 5 foot shredder.
Throttle down and engage the pto, then throttle up. Less shock to components that way.
what is the difference between the SA324 and SA325 besides the price?

I just purchased the 424-
I’m looking to add a hydraulic top link for my box scraper. Is this possible on the 424?
It is but you will need to add the rear remote kit. Then you’ll have the valve you’ll need to work the top link.
@@prequipmentsales can we link up, I’d like to order one just have no clue what to even look for or where to order.

I have a 2018 Sa324 with 250 hours and not a single problem. It has been a great tractor.
Is the 10 year warranty transferable?
Yes
Is this an all metel body panels or are the hood and fenders plastic ?
On this tractor they are polymer panels and hood. If you’re looking for something with all metal check out our 1800 E. series from Massey.

The bucket looks thin and cheap? Plus the arms of the loader don’t very stout….😢
