Easy Tuna-Sandwich 🥪: mix canned tuna with cream cheese, mustard and salt&pepper - delicious! You can also add veggies like corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, ... It's also nice with boiled eggs. I notice that water is a thing you get in small plastic pouches, maybe you'd like to spare some ? the eggs can cook very well in the steam of something else. for example I have problems with water in my appartment so I try to use less of it, and I always cook my hard boiled eggs over my rice, in a steam basket placed over the boiling pot of rice and under the lid. the rice takes 15mn to be cooked and in 15mn of steam the eggs are perfectly hard. and they never crack their shells too ! it's convenient. Hope this is useful to you, if you didn"t know this hack already

I like being alone and could live alone if I had to; there are times when I need to be around people. We have a dog, taking her for walks is a good way to meet and talk with strangers. It sure if anyone mentioned but naan is a great bread/wrap - just flour, instant yeast and a pinch of salt and sugar then proof for 30 min and cook in a skillet. Great with all toppings - egg salad included 😊 (edit - also leftover naan is great for pizza or cinnamon sugar toast)
I have a special respect for Mo. She is a really simple person. I am thinking of starting an introvert vlog also but I’m a mom of 3 jumping boys. I’m an introvert but my boys, nooooooo😂 I will do it, I’m sure it’s going to be fun 😂
man that egg salad mix looked so good, i had to pause the video to make some for myself before watching ; o ; i added mustard and a little plain yogurt since i had some left in the fridge. didn't have any bread tho (sobs), so i used some tostadas instead. i appreciate you showing your cooking and meals because it often motivates me to do the same for myself (i have trouble recognizing hunger, so i often go the whole day without eating until i start feeling sick). as a kid, i was a solid green-grapes ONLY girlie. the crunch, the slight tang, the texture...now i like most grapes, but i love the red ones best :) the color makes me happy.
The part of staying the whole day until feeling sick, I can relate to that too🥹. I’m glad this motivated to grab somthing to eat yayyy🎉. I think for me now too, I’d go for both colors of grapes!😁 I’d alternate from time to time.

as a kid, i was a solid green-grapes ONLY girlie. the crunch, the slight tang, the texture...now i like most grapes, but i love the red ones best :) the color makes me happy.
The part of staying the whole day until feeling sick, I can relate to that too🥹.

I think for me now too, I’d go for both colors of grapes!😁 I’d alternate from time to time.
