You know, I've been following channels that do these vlogs from Japan, N. Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, but never Nigeria. This is really cool. :D I love to learn how people in other countries spend their day to day. Thanks for vlogging, fellow introvert.

Since I first used white pepper in 2021, there's been no going back. I tried sesame oil for the first time last December and I love it. Jerk chicken powder is also a seasoning hack for me, goes with everything.

I like to pick up plantain when I can. I either use it in Puerto Rican lasagna, or a Colombian dish. Sometimes as fried chips. It is a "comfort" food I buy when I find it. I need to eat gluten free. What I've noticed is that Nigerian meals seem richer in starch and protein than my "usual" European meals. I'm originally from the Netherlands, but live in Germany. I eat more leafy vegetables. You should be a bit careful with reheating pasta or rice, especially if there are power outages that does 't keep the food cool enough. I'm living "alone," with my dog, but It met my twin soul ( Divine counterpart)...which means I'm never really alone. The twin flame journey can be tough, but its self-improvement and divinely guided.

We just buy some naan, spread pizza sauce, & Italian cheese on top & bake for 13 minutes. As for spices - I love smoked paprika! Tastes really good on eggs & chicken. 🥰
