"You wanna stop another club winning a trophy? Win it yourself" This sums up perfectly what Ange is about. Imagine if Arsenal won the league this season but we had won the Fa or Carabao cup - would our fans have cared as much? Probably not because we would have had something to show for our season. It's our lack of achievement that constantly makes us look to our rivals for something to smile about and Ange just wants us to win. And for those who are happy that arsenal probably won't win the league, guess what? they're still way better than us right now so idk what there really is to cheer about - neither of us won anything this season and they're still better. if we wanna close the gap next season we have to focus on our team and get behind this man 100% of the time, not just when it's going well.
Yeah, you are right. It’s the lack of achievement that has us focused on our rivals, but guess what, that’s on Ange, not us. It’s up to the club to close the gap and make the fans believe. Not the other way around.

We are so lucky to have a principled hard working manager at our Club. People who glibly say 'Ange out' have no sense of patience, trust, or loyalty. This type of weak minded fan would be better off going back to their FIFA and Football Manager games and continue to live in a fantasy.

Exactly win it urself... If stopping Arsenal from winning is an achievement... We are still far from reaching their level and they are gonna win it and other trophies in the next year's but we should look at ourselves...cz managers who see that won't stick with us.

This is the mentality we need from our manager! He wants to win no matter the circumstances and only focuses on his team and not obsessing over other teams.
Just gotta let him instill his principles and winning mentality into the club. Need the right players who will play with 100% concentration, belief and desire to win every game (unlike what we've seen many times this season), and have good natural understanding with each other.
