Nice video, I have this tool but with the 1/4 internal hex driver. But when I work on the roof, I always secure my tools so this could not be happening. I was wondering if you would open that gearbox to just take a look. Recently I saw multiple articles on a milwaukee impact wrench, where after redesigning of the gearbox, and removing some components the gearbox fail after very little use. Yes, the device is secured from the colleague who worked with the machine. unfortunately he had to do something on the roof and he was in a hurry and he had only put the machine down for a short time and then it happened. Hmmm so the gearbox can be taken apart without any problem. but as you have everything worked out, you have to reinstall it if only one part is not seated correctly, the gear is completely defective. You have to replace even more parts... Sometime later I will make a video where I disassemble similar gears.👍👍👌👌👌
@@jugoslavs Thanks, I like to repair and maintain my tools, I am familiar with planetary gearboxes, especially on the bosch tools, but I think the other brands use similar mechanics inside. But I welcome every video on this topic.

The contacts are most likely oxidized and some cells are also very likely defective
