@@ottokomlos3221 yes I think he hasn't reached "high elo" All his videos are him stomping low elo on multiple different (bought?) accounts so that he stays low elo. I've never seen him play in a high elo account so it is fair to assume that he hasn't reached high elo.

I would say the nashor, rift maker, and the hammer looking item for lane splitting and the rest of the items defense items and you can fight forever went 20/3/15 last night
Because the volibear auto attack passive is AP is basically broken, by far with really consistent clear and damage output. considering top lane is focusing on shoving/pushing lane and jungle on clearing, even thought his ultimate and his W is volibear main surviving kit is AD, he benefit more for doing damage with his passive which is AP.
@@bbjornssonthats what i go as jg, then i build the one lethality item that kills em at 5% health, then i try to build some tank item, but i never get to my tank item since i usually end the game. So far 5 win streak dominating and one not so bad but won. Went with PTA , triumph, alarcity, coup de grace and Demolish/Unflinching, i also go TP and encourage ward placements so i can gank, recall, and go to an objective/gank. Works well.
voli carried me from bronze to plat play this champ and take either PTA for squishies or lethal tempo if they have 2 or more tanks and get nashors first everytime then build full tank

doesnt matter what a smurf will play to low elo.. he will dominate anyways just because they are bronze/silvers

He means high elo since voli is a chase champ like udyr. But voli does have a jump in his ult to close the distance

I have a 10 win streak with this build, its legit
AP has by far the highest WR in both top and Jungle. So AP does look like the highest carry potential.

The top build goes Nash/Riftmaker/Hullbreaker, so it's more of a hybrid damage build than full AP

Why max q on AP voli ? Max e isn't better ?
Maxing W is the best
But its AP
You have to max Q first in jungle to get to people. If your playing him top you can max whatever you want first.
