I think most people still underestimate how effective modern packaging is. As long as the retail box is unopened, you can throw most products off your roof and have them fall two stories down into hard concrete with zero damage done to the products. The Meshify C was my first case and I think it's a bit too small for top tier stuff these days. The 4000D airflow seems to be a little more accommodating, but the 500D airflow is where it's at for "mid" tower size.
i think anyone whos going to be contacting him are going to be hardcore ltt fans so i doubt anyone is going to be that rude considering there is only so many things they sell.......if someone is freaking out over a error with something they sell that person has a problem in life

I don't care how much camera time Jonzi already gets, he needs more. Also, can I like hire him out to just to sign up for raffles and sweepstakes for me? Finally, shows how much Linus knows, this might be my favorite upgrade since Anthony.
I replaced my Meshify 2 with a Corsair 4000D because of how bad the air flow for my Founders 3090. Definitely highly recommend replacing the case to avoid over heating issues.
You probably used the stock fans, which are limited to 1000rpm. Replacing them and adding a couple of 1800rpm Arctic P14 pwm fans would have been a cheap fix for the airflow in that case.

Reminded me of the first flat i moved into many years ago (although yours looks much nicer). Not a lot of furniture but lots of computers. The Ikea couch broke after a couple of months, propped it up with an old unused cd drive and it lasted another 18 months until we moved out :)
"This is the last install of the day, how about I put it there and you like it?" --- Now we know why Nolan is Customer Care and Jamie is not 🤣
Nolan is definitely a new fav of mine on the team, him and Sarah are neck and neck lol
I’m actually surprised it’s been this long since the last Intel Extreme Tech Upgrade. But considering that these take up resources in terms of how many camera operators are available, I can understand why. Still, I’m happy for Nolan & his upgrade.
That said, I wonder what Linus has against PlayStation. And any chance you could post the Jamie section somewhere (Ex: Floatplane)?
i don't blame him
exactly
From what I remember off WAN show, I think he's just never owned one.
I honestly enjoy the episodes so much I wish there was one weekly, like forever!
@@jabbahut755 yeah seems like he never owned one and never had friends who owned one. So being a pc elitist it makes sense he never touched it. But then again he is a Nintendo fan boi. So it’s kinda weird. Especially now since it’s 99$ a year for over 600 games and bi weekly new once are added. The disc version was a smart choice there
Guy is 21 years old and is currently living the life i aim to have …
Right??? I was like "the fuck you mean you're 21‽" Most people I know at 21 have a laptop, maybe a desktop and an SBC (engineering student) and that's it.
@@jayhill2193 I hope you get there. I aim to get a good server rack to build an homelab on, self host everything.
@@akkesm He seems to own the appartement too, this baffles me. How teh fuck does he pay for all this?
@@redangel745 he has a roomate did you not see? 15:14
@@akkesm Niiice,
I love these videos because I feel like I can get to know the team better. By the way Anthony is totally my favorite team member!
I like Nolan, he has a bright personality. Also I absolutely envy his storage setup Its completely ridiculous but good thing its Intels Money. This was funny.
I think Linus is chucking CPU's on the ground for the memes at this point
His setup is amazing I really like the positioning of everything in the room
this is my favourite series. keep them coming guys!
7:32 If that wasn't scripted... Damn, this man needs his own show.
Loved this episode :D
The flaming of Nolan and his responses were fantastic. Nolan! Stay GOLDEN!
14:38 "We might end up cutting it if you suck" - immediate cut
LMAO
14:16 I freaking love this guy!
I want him as a host in the future!!!!!
the "My Generations housing was much more affordable" joke hit hard, ouch Linus you cut all of us deeply
Well, Linus's (and my) generation are still, you know, paying for housing too, so, yea...
@@arklanuthoslin Linus being 35 puts him having bought his first house between probably 10-15 years ago, if it was 10 years ago that means that that house (if it were in the area that I am in) would sale for about double . If it were 15 years ago then it would sale for around 3 to 4 times the original price. I'm 25 and I make a somewhat decent salary for my age. I can not afford a house, I can not afford a rent on an apartment. Me, just like most of my friends my age live with our parents still because we can not afford to live literally anywhere else while also making car and insurance payments and being able to get groceries.
@@vax6575 Not everyone his age and older (I'm 40) was in a position to buy a house back then. I sure as hell wasn't, and am still not. Not remotely. I don't know many people who are or were, at least in the US. So I'm very much involved in the housing market in the same manner. I have coworkers your age with my exact job and income. I'm older, but that doesn't automatically make me more successful.
Ya the days of kicking your kids out the house when they hit 18 is long gone if you do that your instantly putting that kid on the street homeless even if he has a job there no way he's moving into a house that's not shared it's to expensive.
Idk if it was much of a burn he looks like he is living in a pretty nice house with a lot of luxury items, living a pretty good life there financially wise also don't see it being any easier for Linus's generation to afford housing like shit is crazy
Just pointing out that at 0:13 seconds, Linus was about 2 inches away from turning this into a field trip to the emergency room when he fell onto that Snorlax lmaooo
Thinking the same thing here
You are so nice to do this for your employees and make content out of it Linus.
Out of anyone from LTT I resonate with Nolan the most, all his decisions are the same ones I woulda made lmfao
Has anyone else noticed how close that coffee table was when Linus did the drop of faith?
The Meshify C was my first case and I think it's a bit too small for top tier stuff these days. The 4000D airflow seems to be a little more accommodating, but the 500D airflow is where it's at for "mid" tower size.
Imagine being so good at your job that your boss never needs to talk to you
He's adorable, and precious; no wonder he's in customer support. I hope people are kind to him.
i think anyone whos going to be contacting him are going to be hardcore ltt fans so i doubt anyone is going to be that rude considering there is only so many things they sell.......if someone is freaking out over a error with something they sell that person has a problem in life
4:45 This is the first time I've seen bananas for scale next to bananas, for scale.
I find weird the fact that I really enjoy this tech upgrade videos, even tho I'm just watching someone else getting my dream setup over and over again, but it's cool lol I hope they keep coming
Being happy for others instead of jealous is a sign of maturity.
3:05 - "F*@king got Him!"
We want linus's own $5000 extreme upgrade so we can see how he spends it.
This was super fun to watch! Nolan is great! lol So jealous of the PS5!!!!
I wish I worked there... Been following this channel's carreer since 2014 and all I can say is, every single person in there deserves it
I don't care how much camera time Jonzi already gets, he needs more.
@@NUUBIOMENA I had already replaced them with Noctuas, but this info might help someone else.
Nolan has offlicialy become a new hero of LTT team. Best tech, one of the best jokers and banters, plus he in my generation age-wise
11:30 I thought he was saying the bananas themselves were his roommates. It took me a second to realize he meant the bananas were FOR his roommate. 🤣
Wait this man is only 21???? Holy shit I wish I was living like he is when I was 21... I'm 24 and still living at home and kinda struggling. Nolan really has his shit together, damn
Linus: "Many people come away from these tech upgrades as new fan favorits... that ain`t gonna be you"
Linus he is your Customer Support guy. He better already be a fan favorit
2:37 glad to see Nolan is a hivemind fan
Its very wholesome how much of your staff has pokemon plushies.
Bring your pokemon to work day.
Once you're done with all the upgrades for your workers, will you just start all over again? I love these videos.
Reminds of the good old pimp my ride days.
