Do u need to put buah keluak? When I cook chilli, the chilli paste n oil will splatter. How come you do not have this problem? Your hand is clean and u are using spoon. What is your secret of not having the oil and chilli paste splatter on u
Your cooking skills is correct but your utensils techniques are wrong, never use a spoon or metal piece to stir fry ingredient against a metal wok or sauce pan. Not too sure you are trained correctly or self taught chef. Hope you read your comment so as not to confuse your fan.😉

How to prevent splashing of the oil ah? I rehydrated the hehbi but when I fry it splatter everywhere
after rehydration, you can dry them in an oven at low heat...80 deg C for around 10 mins to dry off the water
