Enes is such a presence that he has me feeling that he lives in homes of this magnitude. Mikey does such shots on the homes that have you feel like you are flying right over them. I want you all to have time in one of those homes so you can enjoy eating your pizza like film stars, Lol .
I'm really starting to dig this modern farmhouse aesthetic. It's a nice mix of cozy and modern styles. I'd also love to see you guys branch out into places like Utah and Colorado to tour some mountain modern homes. That's my favorite architectural style, but you only see it in certain places.

I really like the laid back style of these videos. It feels more natural, and more old school Enes tour fun. The main channel style is fantastic, it drew me in to your videos initially, All the details! There is a noticeable progression to more formal tours from the older videos I've gone back to watch. But that's not a bad thing at all, I think that is what attracts the type of agents that work with you, and gets you the larger, more expensive / unique properties to tour, because there is that extreme quality in your presentation! (And the video edits, thanks Mikey!) But, it's great to see you geek out more with the details, see more back and forth with Mikey, and see the enjoyment from both of you throughout the tour 👍 No matter how you present the details, formal, or laid back, everything is great! I love details, and you always try to capture as much as you can. Also, I really like the intertwined interview / QnA with the Jason, at the point you are in the tour, great edit idea!

Love when you get the modern farmhouses on the channel. If I had to chose it's the main channel style of house tour for me. I like that you get right to the tour and details. In my opinion the main channel has the perfect balance of tour and Mikey with input. With that said I watch both channels anyways so I guess in the end it makes no difference. Also I didn't mind the cut scenes with Jason describing what his line of thinking was on some features. Actually wouldn't mind more of this in the future.

I've always loved how professional Mikey and Enes are at the main channel. Cracking a joke here and there but keeping it professional!! But I just simply ADORE how they have a lot more fun with comments and insights at this 2nd channel!!! It's still quality content but it feels so much more relatable!! Great video guys. And the house is stunning.

I appreciate that considering how much money I had to spend to have a ceiling fan put into my great room that's 20ft high after the fact. $35,000 for the plans is reasonable, my buddy years ago bought a lot from a guy and he had plans for a huge house on the lot and he offered to sell them for what he paid for them and it was $50,000 and my friend passed. I still want to build that house one day, the plans for it were amazing.

What an amazing modern farmhouse. Smaller backyard but the use of space and design of it is a home run for sure. The basement entertainment level idea is my new favorite. If this was my home, I might not ever go outside... except to bbq in back and drink piña colada’s on the roof deck.
