New pots, bulbs and my seeds for 2024

A nice haul of seeds there Wayne i haven't got anymore myself yet, as you know i don't have an allotment just a garden with some raised beds in it, i even bought a Greenhouse and the Quadgrow but with all this rubbish weather i only have the base done, it's a good job i don't start anything until February is it?
I have just taken out some Sweet Candle and Speedo F1 Carrots🥕totaling 103 out of my 3x3 Raised Bed, so now weather permitting i need to add some fertilizer in it give it a good mixing up, then plant my
Garlic🧄 ready for next year. I usually do Winter Onions🧅 but i'm not bothering this time i still have some tied up from the last load i did😊

Hi Barry, Sounds like you have been busy, I still have carrots in my barrels to harvest and out on the allotment I have parsnips, winter cabbage, leeks and sprouts some of these I hope to harvest for Christmas dinner, I love getting my seed orders as you could see. All the best Wayne.

As Brian said above but as the stems seperate from the corms, I lift the corms and let them dry a few days on the bench. The I store the corms in sawdust in a cool dark place 👍🏻

😂😂 just a bit of lettuce Wayne. 1:43 and they match your shirt 👕. I can’t wait for all my spring bulbs to pop but yes we will have to 🤭. So nice of you to share 🥰 and brighten someone else’s day. Lettuce pots look great I’m trying that but I’m no where near as impressed with mine.
I’ve not grown begonias but I think they should be overwintered indoors but I’m sure someone does know 👍👍. Exciting seeds arrival 🎉🎉. How do we manage to hold our excitement until spring 😂. Have a fantastic week Wayne and happy gardening 👩‍🌾, Ali 🌧️🇨🇦

Hi Ali, Yes a little over kill with the lettuce, I never thought about the pots being the same colour as my shirt, as for begonias this is the first year I have grown them and I've been very impressed with them.

put your begonia basker somewhere dry, then let all the goodness from the stems dry back into the corms. personally, i would leave everything as it is then in the spring seperate the corms and start all over......................brian

There are a couple of Blue Diamond garden centres near to me (one does the best breakfasts ever LOL) - they do seem to sell things a bit out of the ordinary.
I had an order stuck at DT Brown as well, same thing - took a phone call to get it moving, not good!

You are right with regards to DT Brown and it was only because my order was a big order and the time of year that made me look for it,
