Very informative and clear instructions on sowing onion seeds, I usually only grow autumn planting sets, but this season I am going to try and grow some from seed to plant out in the spring. Jo Devon 🙂
Hi Jo, I have looked at the onions today that is 8 days after sowing, and they are starting to come up, I could never get and grow onions from seed but after getting advice from youtube all is good now, please give it a go. All the best. Wayne.

Hi Wayne those mates sound a good idea especially if you just need bit bottom heat.
I am very happy with them I think they are better than the propagator I'm using at the moment.
Nice one mate I use a similar heat mat they work well
I am starting to think these mats are very good, looking at the onions growing on them.
