    I'm really enjoying this workout. I like that there is something different to do every day, but that there's always a goal to strive for. I've been out of exercise/fitness for awhile, so I was really searching for something that would help me meet a goal I've had for a long time, which is to do the splits. I feel a lot stronger than when I started, but I'm not yet advanced enough for day 10, so I just went back to the beginning and started over so that I can build up my skills. Catherine Elizabeth does a really good job of not only explaining the physical part of the pose, but also giving the thought processes to be mentally prepared for the pose and maintain good form.

    - Catherine, this series isn't only a strengthening and flexibility challenge, but a weight loss challenge as well! Psychetruth helped me a lot to overcome depression and to get back my self-esteem.. Keep up the great job, the world needs more of that

    I feel like strength comes to me much more easily than flexibility. I really enjoy how your videos are teaching me how to stretch more effectively! I can't wait to see my progress at the end of the challenge!

    Im a mommy of five and nursing for what feels like 7 years straight. I've done Day one and day two times and already I can feel and see my posture remarkably improved. I've had an easy time getting my weight back down, but structurally my body has been hurting. Thanks for talking me through exercises and where to focus. It's so helpful! I'm looking forward to the next levels.

    I did ballet for 12 years and have had 5 years off due to intermittent health issues. Now I'm back and finding that the flexibility is returning fine - but the strength is difficult! Like a noodle. Those shoulder and balance exercises are just what I need, so thank you!

    I think this is a perfect stretching workout and Catherine does such an amazing job explaining the logistics of poses and postures. Flexibility is not my strongest point and this video is helpful. Best VK

    Strength is my strongest suite I'm trying to get super flexible like a ballerina and gymnast. Thank you so much for your videos, it's so relaxing and my body feels great afterwards. I love the ballerina moves you incorporate into your challenge we have no ballet classes for adults so I'm loving the technique

      eh, I think it has more to do with people using it as a warm up than people not completing the challenge

    Hi Catherine Elizabeth, I have recently come across your 10 day. I have really enjoyed the first two days. I'm using this programme as a challenge for myself. I haven't been training much, I would prefer to be more flexible as strength is something that can be worked flexability to me is more important. I really like the way you take time to explain and teach the exercises. Many thanks for your course looking forward to day 3 and have a great weekend. Paul

    I would have to say flexibility is my strong suit... I am much more flexible then I even realized til I started doing yoga! I love it!!

    is it just me or when it comes to the hard parts and i cant do it and then i look at the screen and shes doing it like nothing it gets me mad / fustrated 😂😂😂 but these videis are really helping me :)

    Strength has always been my strong suit.
    I used to be in gymnastics and easily was able to overcome anything requiring strength. Flexibility, however, was a bit more of a challenge for me. I'm hoping these videos will help me get closer to finally mastering the splits!

    I skipped a day because I did a pole class, but today I did this one. I will probably stick on day two for one more day just to really get those strength exercises....
    And by the way, I gain strength a lot easier than I do flexibility, but I seem to be getting more flexible through these routines. Thank you!

    I dont think either is my strength im not very stong or flexible so I find some of these poses still quite difficult >.

    Day 2 went really fast for me, and not just because it's about 15 minutes less than yesterday's, but because I found it much easier to maintain my stamina throughout the whole entire thing. So far, I can't really tell which is easier for me, strength or flexibility.

    flexibility is my strongest. I need help getting my strength up. I struggled with my arms and legs when it's time to do plank and push ups. an thing involved with using my arms to hold me up. I have trouble doing it.

    Great exercises! My only issue was the kick ups I have a thick foam yoga mat and it kept shifting underneath me, on my hardwood floor, so I went to my room where there is carpet and did it there. I need a new mat.

    day #2 down ! i would have to say i build muscle and strength easier than flexibility. That is why i am here. I find flexibility to be elegant and beautiful which my body needs more of lol

    I have always needed to work on flexibility, I've taken a break from dance classes and then I started building up bulk muscle, so even though I became stronger, I can't do half the things I used to just because of my lack of flexibility.

    I'm crazy 😂😂😂. After one hour of intensive workout and to finish, some stretches for strenght and flexibility, at 17 min of this video I couldn't take it anymore and I stopped for some minutes to eat some chocolate chips that my father gave me that were just behind me on the table 😂.

    When I do the follow up, sometimes i can't keep up because i'm not that good with the strength part (flexibility too) but thank you very much for this, it's tiring and painful but my body always feels relaxed and free after doing it (but my muscles are a bit sore too)

    Strength is my greater advantage that flexibility. I can do 20 or even more pullups but cannot do splits. But I am planning to make it even.
    I hope it's ok if I don't do all the days in a row.

    My inner thigh muscles and hamstrings are very sore from yesterdays challenge Knight have to finish this tomorrow I right be able to push through but let's see what's after these side lunges

    I can't do side lunges because it makes my knees hurt (my right knee more than my left, because it has a possible, very slight meniscus injury). Are there any knee warm-up/stress relief stretches I can try before attempting side lunges?
