My Bailey girl got her butterfly wings on 01 March 2024, Cushings Disease and bad arthritis. She was and will always be the other half of my heart. Still griefing terribly.
Do you know if a cavalier that’s been away from her mom for 22 months will recognize each other? My cavalier was 12 weeks when she left her mom to come to our house and we’re going to pick her mom up from retirement next week.
Mine will be two in June and I’m so wanting to take him to visit his Mom and sister. I heard they remember until two years old. I hope we will get there.
@@Anisky123 My dog did not recognize her mom after almost 2 years. I was ready with the video camera but they did not have any reaction. They're both getting along and her mom is very loving. I'm glad I adopted her.

You are right that many in this breed suffer health issues by unscrupulous “breeders” and are bred without forethought, but I can assure you that I take great care with all of my dogs with regard to them individually and the breed as a whole 🌺
