How can an officer she has never seen before order his usual?
She tells the cook it's a cop at this table. I worked in restaurants for years. Trust me even if its the first day the regular knows the cook or Manger. AND the order is usually their lunch hour. I worked at 2 different 24 hour diners. Cops got a break between 12 and 2. Some got the exame thing every time.
Drive thru 2pm sharp a number 1 with onion rings instead of fries. No cheese no onions strawberry shake. The burgers were for the k9 in the back the shake and onion rings for him.
It said she served him as usual, not that he ordered his usual. Meaning she served him as she usually served people.

Nice story... Every now and then you do hear of stories like this, l myself is not rich but every now and then I leave a good tip for a waitress that you hear or know she's having a hard time .I know God has bless me. And l feel good about it it's good to help the under dog

Surly that $100 tip should have been shared with the other staff? Is that not how tips are distributed? In some places the are collected and shared out.
The officer gave her 100 dollars to help her then she and her dad turn around and probably buy about a hundred dollars worth of donuts for the whole police department 😄
