Aspen Plus: ethyl acetate production process via esterification of acetic acid and ethanol

Ethyl acetate is widely used for the production of lacquers and surface coating resins with a world annual production capacity higher than 3 million tons.
Ethyl acetate is mainly produced via the esterification of acetic acid and ethanol.
In this video, the conventional process of esterification will be simulated using Aspen Plus.
