I need help, how can I add catalyst onto the tray/packing ? 😖 All I read in the journal is just that they add what type of catalyst they want to use and the weight of the catalyst, but I can't find out how?

What if the equilirbium reaction is not in molar balance, for example 1 + 2 1 + 1, if I use a reaction were this is the case ASPEN still says moles in = moles out giving me a mass balance error. Any idea how to fix this?

i dont think that will be any issue...mole balance may not be similar....but atom mole balance should be similar

Salam Dr. Mohd Rezi, dalam pemilihan reaction boleh diletak "REAC-DIST" waktu penamaan reaction. Pada hemat saya jenis reaction ini lebih sesuai berbanding EQUIL sebab adanya azeotrop. Boleh saya minta penerangan lebih lanjut?

Tak paham la tuan...REACT-DIST tu just nama reaction je kan...? Untuk azeotrope tu maybe at this condition azeotrope dah break (thats why we have pressure swing distillation concept)..one way to check is run binary analysis kat aspen

@@MohamadReziAbdulHamid I see. My bad.. Dr. masih gunakan REAC-DIST (tab 9:32) tetapi yang membezakan dengan flowsheet saya, saya guna KINETIC instead of EQUILIBRIUM macam Dr.. Saya cuma ada isu dengan RadFrac sebab RadFrac tidak allow penggunaan LHHW untuk diletak dalam tab reactions dalam specification block. Simulation saya perlukan penggunaan LHHW, dan according to forums, ini memerlukan subroutine fortran yang mana saya tidak berapa mahir. Terima kasih atas penerangan Dr. tadi dan salam hujung minggu.
