Please, no weird drone footage when the match is a couple of points from being over. It really kills the "you are there" excitement feelings for the viewers.

They must have lost the signal from the court-level cameras or there was a problem with the video switcher. That aerial shot was not a choice for that length of time, it was a necessity.
Great match - but please lose the drone I can hear the buzz on the audio… it’s very distracting.

The drone footage might not be too bad, but if you can't see the ball you are too far away.😢

Had to watch with no sound, the drone buzzing was incredibly irritating
They definitely need to stop using drones to shoot the matches. Not a good view of what's happening on court.
They should consider making the kitchen a little smaller. The lobbing in the middle of the court is super boring. The other phases of play are pretty cool though.

You should consider what makes pickleball. The kitchen and “dinking” is an integral part and skill of the game. Otherwise it’s just blasting back and forth every point at full speed with little strategy.
Really don't care for the drone shots cant see the Acton
In 2006 when drones really hit the market maybe a few nonpickleball fans could have enjoyed the view, but NOT 17 years later!
Drone shots and side view are not great...especially drone shots...get rid of it

Can someone explain to me the service rotations? I am confused. Every match I have watched is like a different rotation.

thanks @@Blazervitch Im 55 and only played the game 3 times and got a long way to go lol still learning but Im curious as to how they decide which racket manufacterer to choose. like for instance when we balled hoops in the 70's and 80's the ball of preference was spalding and i remember when wilson came out when i was in high school I didnt care for the feel....so just wondering how they choose in rackets which one for them?
@@Dgoldsweeps4002 It's a little different for the pro players as they are all sponsored so the paddle they use is largely based on the best equipment the company they are partnered with has to offer.
Ben and Collin are a little bit different because they actually assisted in the design process for the paddles that they use.
What I would suggest is that you find some local paddle representatives (people who are paid commission on sales for certain brands) and ask if you can demo the paddle for a few days each, and then just choose what feels best to you.

Why are they serving from their partners side?
Stacking, it is hard to explain through text if that makes sense? I recommend watching a youtube video to explain it lol. I use it in my personal tournaments, especially for mixed doubles.
So one plays left and the other right side on all points . When the ball goes to the middle. The one that is on the left side can hit it with his right hand.
