It was nice watching the senior ladies put so many of the things I am just learning into practice, specifically standing strong up close with minimal footwork. Also it was comforting seeing one of them missing an easy one near the end.
Ovaltine Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream 3 cups good quality vanilla ice cream, softened Ovaltine, chocolate malt flavor , plus more for garnish 1/4 cup good quality chocolate sauce Directions: In the bowl of a kitchen mixer, such as a KitchenAid, fitted with a whisk attachment, add the heavy cream and whip on high until medium peaks have formed, about 4-5 minutes. Reduce the speed to low and add the softened ice cream, Ovaltine, and chocolate sauce. Place in a freezer-friendly container and freeze for at least 8 hours or ideally overnight. To serve, place the Ovaltine froth mixture in the bowl of a kitchen mixer folded with a paddle attachment. Turn the mixer to medium and blend for 10 seconds. Divide the mixture among 4 serving glasses, top with a generous amount of Ovaltine, and serve at once

Ovaltine is exactly what powered up the Space Shuttle, I was there, with the chimp in the 1960’s . Great fun game. I just got back from REC play, wasted, and watching this made me change my Sox and go out for more lobs.😊
The seniors definitely have a range of shots that work against seniors. Then they end up in a game against the younger guys and realise that they can a) move and b) bend, and suddenly have to rethink their shot selection a bit :)
BAM! I grew up in Thailand and when I was young ovaltine was made by my grandparents and will always hold a sentimental value in my heart because it reminds me of them. Love the Friday paddles and content!
I'm ready to 3.5 but really consider myself to be about a 3.1 on a good day and these guys are making way worse mistakes than I make. So they must be really reaching to say that they're 4.0s.
Always a few comments who think their 3.5/4.0 play looks a lot better than it does. Time to watch some footage of yourselves playing for a reality check. You might also remind yourselves that it's easy to look good against bad opponents. So make sure that review footage is against good players.

You most obviously don't know what you look like on video. The ladies were excellent 4.75+ and the boys were definitely 4.0+. A level and a half usually evens out cross gender play. And this match was
@@Daniel-r7j9m I don't quite understand your comment. I do know what I look like as I've recorded several tournaments. I look a bit like rubbish and a bit ok, I actually look like these guys. My DUPR is 3.6 after 55 games though I did just bronze a 4.0 tournament which means very little as there were only 6 teams in our bracket. My comment was directed at the first few minutes of watching. I am reiterating that after having traveled around, what in my town is 3.5 is being regarded as 4.0 in other places. Edit* I would add that DUPR is not a perfect system. It really has nothing to do with age or gender. With it being an ever expanding sport, the benchmarks for what is 4.5+ at the senior age will change when more seniors are there challenging. Essentially a 5.0 as of 2 years ago, probably is a 4.25 now.

I appreciate these videos, the game is definitely different across the country. In my city, these are all 3.5-3.7 players...at BEST.
For the first half, I agree. But they stepped it up and played like 4.0 towards the end
