If you guys could create this same exact, and I do mean same exact format ( color scheme, chairs, lighting) and just put it online you would have a loyal audience. And then engage the online community in the comments.

Compliment what spouse has done well that month.) 3.) Communication is Key (read 5 love languages book) 4.) Older Mentor Couple (a trusted married couple that you can go to for mediation if there is ever an unresolved issue, prayer, advice etc.) I can think of more but I hope this helps someone. 🙏🏽

I can't sleep with my leg/foot tucked under my husband leg. I had to express to my husband it's not our toddler place to sleep in our bed. Just because someone is unhappy doesn't mean their unhappy with there spouse/partner or relationship! They're still an individual with their own separate emotions and feelings and stress. Happiness and wholeness is not found in a relationship.
I’ll tell you what it is. When you get with someone, purely for love, or a true soul connection, their well being will be your top priority. You wouldn’t even have to try, because you do what you do to make them happy and vice versa. That’s the baseline your love operates on. But when you get with someone out of necessity, or just to settle down with, you’re concerned with yourself and what you gain out of the relationship. It’s actually scientifically proven that hat couples that sleep separate are happier. Making sure they have time for each for intimate moments, but when they are ready for sleep. Separate works best.

Everyone believes in therapy but it’s really dependent upon the therapist! If you want to therapy and sat in silence 25 minutes out of the 45 then just know therapy is always different so if the first person wasn’t for you don’t think therapy isn’t for you! Understand it’s based on personal preference and stop acting because someone has a degree they automatically have the answers lol 😂 Get a second and third opinion before taken medication! If someone talks to u for 5-10 minutes and prescribes you something based off that they need as much help as you if not more FACTS
It's dependent on the person and if they're really interested in getting the help of a therapist. That's not to say every therapist is a good fit, I agree, they are not, but the person seeking a therapist needs to know what their intention is when they go to a therapist or there is no way for them tot know if they are getting the help they need. Meaning, some people go without a goal in mind and expect a therapist to uncover all their demons automatically. It doesn't work that way. I also agree about the prescriptions.

When we go to bed we cuddle and talk and whatever and when we are ready to go to sleep, we kiss goodnight and turn our backs to each other. Sometimes we touch our butts together, lol. Sleeping next to him is like crawling into a burning fireplace. The heat from his body -- I'm afraid I'm going to melt he's so hot. We both sleep naked which just makes it hotter...too much body heat when you don't have any clothes on to trap the heat. I feel like I'm suffocating just thinking about his arm around me or having my leg over him while we are sleeping...the sweat...not to night.

Exactly! It becomes draining when the woman is consistently having to check-up and check-in, but where's the how to and when to for men? I understand as women we're naturally able to care for others and multitask, but the effort should come from both sides. Ever notice if the man is not happy, there's so much advice on what the woman needs to do and how she needs to behave. Her needs tend to go overlooked and ignored while she becomes drained. Personally, men want to lead, they need to lead and allow us to follow instead of having to lead and follow all at once.

It’s actually scientifically proven that hat couples that sleep separate are happier. Making sure they have time for each for intimate moments, but when they are ready for sleep. Separate works best.
The problem is that when women suspect a man is cheating, they will muster all the energy and all the resources and all the girlfriends to find out what he's doing. Please bring that same energy when you think your husband is unhappy. "I asked him what was wrong and he said nothing" So what?! Everyone believes in therapy but it’s really dependent upon the therapist! If you want to therapy and sat in silence 25 minutes out of the 45 then just know therapy is always different so if the first person wasn’t for you don’t think therapy isn’t for you! Understand it’s based on personal preference and stop acting because someone has a degree they automatically have the answers lol 😂 Get a second and third opinion before taken medication! If someone talks to u for 5-10 minutes and prescribes you something based off that they need as much help as you if not more FACTS
It's dependent on the person and if they're really interested in getting the help of a therapist. That's not to say every therapist is a good fit, I agree, they are not, but the person seeking a therapist needs to know what their intention is when they go to a therapist or there is no way for them tot know if they are getting the help they need. Meaning, some people go without a goal in mind and expect a therapist to uncover all their demons automatically. It doesn't work that way. I also agree about the prescriptions.
