I have a 1997 Honda Four Trax 300 that to this day runs fantastic. I bought it new and I have had such fun riding it. It has held up and still looks very good. ( Shed Kept when not in use) I'm going to keep it and buy one of these Recons. I will continue to use my Four Trax for hauling a deer out of the woods after a hunt and for bringing firewood out too. My daughter wants to ride again so this will be another reason to get another ATV. She used to ride a 90CC Honda when she was a bit younger. I sold it when she grew out of it and did not ride as much. Thanks for this video.... It tells me that a Honda ATV is still the way to go and that it will last.... I know that the different models have more buzzers and bells, but I don't need all of that. My current one has basically the same stuff on it that this one has and it works just fine. Safe Riding...... Jersey Woods
Love the video, very nice presentation. I agree with you 100% on Honda reliability . I have the 2022 Honda Rubicon Deluxe DCT. And I love it. Before this I had a Big Red, 450 Honda Forman and a 680 Honda Rincon. Honda all the way, it the best that money can buy!!! 👌
Bought mine new in 2000. I’ve used that thing hard. Just kept up on the maintenance and it’ll last you a loooong time. I plow snow, do yard work, use it for hunting/ recovering deer. Oh yea, I’m also north of 6 ft and 380 lbs. It’s really a better machine that it has a right to be. Only complaint is I wish it had a high idle setting when choked on those cold winter cold starts.
Mine the 2020 with the electric shift I love it, you don't have to take it to the shop if it needs to be worked on you can do it yourself, I really like mine
Nice review! I have a 2005 Honda Rancher ES 350 with just under 3000 hours and 900 miles. It runs extremely well, and shifts like it should. If you take care of your machines, do your scheduled basic maintenance and keep them fairly clean they will last a lifetime. I just replaced the starter motor a few weeks back and a new oil temp sensor is going in next week. If you’re not going to require a work horse machine for plowing or extreme hill climbing the. 4x2 is definitely not a bad thing. As far as buying used that’s a big yes if you know what to look for. Lots of good stuff out there among the heavily abused not cared for machines. Local dealership has a sale in KX90’s at 2399.00 each then they have another $1300 of dealership and manufacturing destination charges on top of that before taxes.
@@fun-im6gu Yup, it lives it’s life on a farm since it was -at purchased. Doing fence work and plowing. Spent more time idling then doing any thing else.
Very well done video dude. Thanks for the in-depth review. My neighbor is sellong one of these and now i can make an informed decision. Thanks again. Peace.✌️
@@jerseywoods9994no it’s not 😂 I’ve never ever wore a helmet and I ride harder then a lot of people started riding at 4 years old 18 now. Helmets just block visibility and are annoying.
correction boy electric shift isnt an option it's standard on the electric shift trim what is optional is the backup pullstarter which used to come standard
I got a 04 recon with bald tires and bad battery I’ve got a battery still waiting on tires though but I got mine for abt 1000 💵 bc it was my dads buddy but it’s a great machine with an electric shifter
Good job on the video! I have a 2002 and it's funny how they haven't changed hardly anything since then.
Which is just enough for your mom made me laugh good one

Awesome review, kid!
Best review ive seen on this machine. One question, how tall are you? trying to get a sense of the scale here.
@@1789ep I think in the video I was about 5'9 maybe 5'10. This was a couple years ago so I've grown since then.
The god of atv reviews.

How tall are you? Wondering for reference
Right now probably 5'11". When I filmed the video, probably 5'9.5"
Thanks for the recommendation! Thinking about selling my polaris and getting one, but I need a suggestion, should I buy a hitch kit?
I believe is comes with one but I may be very wrong about that
Is has a plate for a Ball not a hitch.
Great video GOD bless
Are you sure that is a 2021? It has the updated fenders which I believe changed in 2022.
Yes it is a 2021, they did not change from 21 to 22
The fenders changed from 2020 to 2021
Awesome review ! Please wear a helmet , boots and gloves !!! If you need help getting gear let me know !
You did a great job on the video! 🎉Also if you're gonna drive that fast please put on a helmet. 😮
Dads gktta be so proud.
What year is that Honda?
@@Sativaskywalker 2021 I think, though they haven't changed anything except the plastic colors.
Dam little adult kid!! Good job
Actually, not 250
230 or 229
You are correct
Do you work for a Honda dealer?😂
386lbs towing on the rear which is just enough for YOUR MOM!
lol 3:33
Only if you have never ridden a Rubicon
I see safety isn’t at the top of your list. (Helmet)
“Just enough for your mom” ha!
Tell your mom I'm sorry
