    this is a bit of an off topic request but can you make a video explaining how the pressure moved in the feet and is it the same for every tour pro? my coach emphises how important it is for me to get my pressure into my right heel into the backswing as in the past ive always drove into my toes and i was wondering how much of an affect in can make if the pressure doesnt move correctly into the right part of the foot

      Pressure does play an important part of storing and releasing it, as you are basically controlling the direction of the swing by doing so. Have you asked your coach why he is trying to get you settled into your heel at the top? What does he want you to do once there, meaning where is he trying to get you to unload into?       @@liongolfacademy well its kind of the same issue you saw on my swing my butt slides a little off the wall and thats because i get into my toes a bit early and it encourages me to push of them for power but im pushing off the wrong part of the foot i have a video saved on my phone where i compared my normal swing to one where im getting the pressure moving correctly in my feet and my butt stays on the wall and ive got way more room for my hands but i think its just a balance issue im so use to feeling on my toes that its hard to balance on my heels

      @@liongolfacademy ive also thought of trying to do some sort of golf fitness to increase my flexability and build some strength with my core and hips and overall balance the tpi has alot of intresting concepts on why people move the way they do due to physical limitations im thinking the way im moving in my swing is it due to physical limitation or the motor patterns are so used to moving wrong if you get what i mean dont really know how id start looking down that avenue

      I would certainly address the flexibility portion as well and consult with your coach about where he thinks you can get better in that area!

    tony spittin gold these last few days, i get all my golf advice from Kim Jong Il, but these are decent tips. I am assuming you got them from him?
