First I have my own purpose as to why I chose this kind of thumbnails. second, and listen when I say, I get that you are trying to get client but the way how you emphasize saying the negative word will definitely get you the deal with anyone. Next time to other creators say "Hi there, I saw your content and its really good but with really appealing thumbnail you would get more views than you have now. I can show you my work and we can work as a team!" Hope this helps you!
