Old style stock non adjustable rocker arms, geometry off with the roller set up? No issues with that valve sticking? I would contact brent@lykinsmotorsports.com. He has a TH-cam channel. Very knowledgeable on Ford engines. Hangs out on the Fe and one of the cobra forums. Hope this helps. Good luck.
