  • The BD-11 Valor Fitness Hard Power rack is the perfect unit for the HARD CORE POWER LIFTER. Built using 2.5" x 2.5" 12 gauge steel frame, the BD-11 offers multiple options. 1. Squat Rack: Rated for 650 lbs of weight. The BD-11 has 2 solid steel safety chrome bars for added support. 4 bars supports are supplied for a variety of bar adjustment heights. Recommendation is to perform the squats and bench press inside the cage for added safety measures. 2. Pull up station: Allows user to focus on "pulling" muscle workout and not just the pushing motion found in bench press. 3. Add a variety of utility benches, like the Valor DG-1 stationary bench, and you can now focus on military presses. Solid steel weld plate in lower rear of frame adds extra support to the over-all frame structure.

    Phillipp, thanks for your comments. At the present time, the BD-11 DOES NOT come with the "LAP BAR" to hold you down. When the BD-11 was originally designed, it was designed as a stand alone unit. When the Lat Station was added we missed the part about the bar. We also missed the part about the plate storage pegs on the side. I have asked the factory to add these features to the units going forward but it may take a few months to flush through existing inventory. Hope this helps.

    Phillipp, if you go to our web site, you can find "foot print" deminsions on each item. You can compare pro's and con's on each one. The DBL holders will be ok up to 100 lbs. They are solid steel and built pretty well.

    It is coming but we can take a BD-7 bar and with a slight modification (adding more washers and a longer bolt) it will work. I have already done this for two customers. If you buy the BD-11 just send me a note and remind me. I will rig one up for you and send it to you. $40.00 includes freight and I use the neck pad foam roller so it doubles as a lap cushion as well as a neck support for squats.

    great video and very detailed on the specs, I just have one question, do you sell the Olympic plate adaptors for that attach to the standard bars on your website?

    it does, i think i might order the BD-11 with the lat pull anyways in hopes that you do in the future have a lap bar for it and if not maybe i'll see if i could get something welded. I'm curious if i got those dumbbell holders what is the max weight they're rated at?

    Hi Jim, i'm actually looking to purchasing a Power Rack on the 10th of this month and came across this one as well as a couple of others but before i made my decision i had a question as i'll end up eventually getting the Lat Pulldown & Low Row Attachment. Question is is there a bar your company makes for the BD-11 Rack like one similar to the BD-7 that helps hold you down while doing pulldowns? i read on the BD-7 video of you mentioning you were making one for the BD-11 Rack a few years back.

    What is the approximate height of the last position (from floor)? I ask because I would like to do olympic bar floor chest presses but I would like to make sure it's not too high.

    Well, maybe when YOU are the owner. LOL
    Any word on on the lap bar for the lat pull down? That's just about all that's giving me pause at this moment. I see that three months ago you said, " it may take a few months," so I was wondering if there was any progress?
    Yes, I get up very early for workouts and research. OMG, it's 7:43 am--it's getting late! haha

    do you sell a straight pull up bar for the BD-11?

    • @teresabordelon49
      @teresabordelon49 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Nathan, If you're referring to the bar that attaches to the cable pulley system, then yes, we offer a solid steel 20" Lat Pull Bar (MB-20, $29.99). If you are referring to the pull up bar that is mounted to the top of the frame, then we do not- However, We have a new product that is a chin-up/pull-up bar that mounts to a wall (CHN-UP, $149.99). Please let me know if you have any further questions, Teresa@valorfitness.com

      Thanks for the reply but I am talking about the pull up bar. I do crossfit and I would perfer to have a straight pull up bar like on the BD-7 for kipping pull ups. Not the V shaped pull up bar

      Then no, at this time we only offer the design as it is shown. Thank you for the input though, I will pass this along for the powers that be and we may have something as an accessory in 2014!

    When you are the owner of a company you take any and all questions seriously and answer them as fast as you would want someone to answer your own questions. I would have answered faster but it looks like you get up early in the day.

    What the fuck were they thinking making the lat machine standard size instead of Olympic size. WTF. You can put sleeves on it. Why did they stop making the Weider Club C650/C720? I wish I had never sold mine. Did all this and more. Came with the weights and had nice dip bars attached to side of safety arm which you don't see In pictures.

      +Brandon Webb Its nice to not need to switch from compact 1" plates in my house. You can get a 1" bar 7 ft long a lot cheaper than a new set of 2" holes.

      I have it. It's perfect for any gym. Unless you are a strong man and lift over 750 pounds.

    • @ibelieveitcauseiseentit9630
      @ibelieveitcauseiseentit9630 ปีที่แล้ว

      False. Although I have the bd33 which I don't think they make any more in a slightly better than the bd11 because
      #1 the bar holes are closer together ensuring you will be able to set the bar height exactly where you want it.
      #2 it has multi hand grip position on the pull-up bar.
      #3 it has band pegs at the top and bottom.
      I also have the bar dip accessories, the left pull down attachment, and the cable crossover attachment.
      I got all of that for lest than $1300 after taxes. Of course then I had to buy a set of 1090 power blocks and a stand. An Olympic barbell set with weights. A bunch of different types of rubber bands, different attachments like vbar attachments rope attachments, a treadmill, an easy curl bar, an iron master super bench with leg extension and leg curl and incline sit up attachments. and many other types of accessories all for around $3000 bucks after taxes.
      So you can spend close to $5,000 for a Bowflex revolution or something like that, which by the way, doesn't even begin to compare to a setup like this, or you can buy what I bought and have no need to ever go to the gym again.
