Final Boss, 2 Turns - Mario + Rabbids

- The final boss of Mario + Rabbids done in 2 turns.
Characters:
Mario
Rabbid Mario - His Boom Dashes combined with the high damage Boomshot allow the team to defeat phase 1 using only two attacks. Magnet Dance also lures in Bucklers to shoot Bowser.
Luigi - His team jumps are needed to get to a high ground spot on turn 1. Steely Stare is also needed to deal a lot of damage to Bowser as he shifts to phase 3.
Notes:
-During phase 2 and as Bowser flies to the center of the map for phase 3, characters can get a high ground damage bonus on Bowser if they stand on certain spots on the map. Since this was a recently discovered glitch, I'm not sure what spots give a high ground damage bonus. All I know is Luigi's turn 1 ending spot and and tile to the left that can give high ground versus Bowser if he is in that northern area. There's also a high ground damage bonus on Luigi's second and third Steely Stare shots as Bowser flies to the center from the right side for phase 3.
-This is not the only way to beat this level in 2 turns. The level was first beaten in 2 turns about two years ago. It does not use any glitches, but it takes a lot more regular RNG and has to use Fire RNG since Yoshi needed to be used.
-Extra Health mode is not required, but it may mess with your ability to beat the level with all heroes alive.
-Mario uses the Bounce on his Melee weapon to knock Rabbid Mario close to where he wants to move on turn 2. He also avoids the Pyroclasts this way.
-The Valkyries' Burn Super Effect may displace your characters. It usually isn't a problem in my experience.
-In some scenarios, a Valkyries might move close to Bowser. Rabbid Mario can attack both of them at the same time with the Boomshot. Doing this will deal extra damage to Bowser since he used Protection on the Valkyries. This can be helpful for reducing the RNG.
If you don't get enough critical hits to defeat Bowser before he flies to the center for phase 3, the Bucklers may be able to finish him off for you. There are two Bucklers that will hit Bowser with the Boomshot, and one will damage Bowser through a Boom Dash. This will do about 200 damage. Rabbid Mario lures in these Bucklers with Magnet Dance for them to target the team.
Heh, beaten by his own minion. What a way to go.
Well said
It seems that particular buckler had forgotten that Friendly Fire was on.
I always thought it was just smashers
@@josephmoshette4006 No, I don't think they target their allies. Even if it's accidental, Smashers only go for the heroes if struck by an attack.
@@yokaihollow589 i know but usually that incident happens with smashers when enemies and heroes are next to each other
shout out to that buckler who switched sides at the last second, that is 5 year old me in a nutshell
Bowser: thinks the heroes will be his demise
His minion: die
The Megabug may have been created by the Rabbids, but now the Rabbids destroy it!
ww1:an argument
ww2:school
ww3:a buckler betrayed his team
4:14 sorry boss I gotta do what I have to do
You are a gamer god when it comes to this video game.
One Of My Favourite Final Battles
Dude I tried to do this and totally failed, still knew it was possible, awesome job
Yea it's only for speedruners😂
4:15 the buckler actually betrayed his own boss. He is so getting fired for that.
The Buckler: shoots the boss accidently
The Boss: *Dies*
Minion: IDIOT. YOU SHOT THE BOSS! [Slaps the bucklers face]
The Bucklers: ...Im just gonna... [commits self defeat]
Incredible work my dude 👍
I spent hours trying to figure out how to get a perfect on this fight without the washing machine
Good job
But they did use the washing machine. They are using post game weapons.
keep in mind you need a billion crits for this 2 turn strat to work
You all a bloody legend try doing it with mega rabbit Kong
1:03
Purely Incredible
BOWSER LITERALLY STARTED PHASE 3 WITH SEVEN HP OUT OF SIXTEEN HUNDRED IF ALL 5 OF THOSE WERE CRITS BOWSER WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN BEEN ABLE TO START PHASE 3. I've Come Really Close! I Beat The Fight In 3 Turns!!!
4:14 Friendly fire for the win!!
I never knew you could snipe him while he’s moving for his last face
RNG manipulation you certainly got lucky with that buckler also this probably can only be done with the strongest weapons doing it the first time is impossible
After you finish every challenge & chapter battle, are you going to do the same thing Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope?
It entirely depends on how battles work in Sparks of Hope. I'm worried that the encounter system will make it so not every battle is unique. I'm also worried that levels won't be replayable.
@@jaroh1240 yeah me too
I hope there is still chapter like in the first one and not only random encounter battle
@@Nat003. There are pre-determined story battles/quests and from what it looks like, each enemy encounter isn't 'random' but a pre-build stage. Replayability is still in the air, but I have heard they do the 'elite enemy' battles where an enemy much higher difficulty is on a world giving reason to backtrack
Honestly, I was expecting you to do the final Rabbid Kong battle first.
The shotgunners were Double agents Rabbid Yoshi paid off
HOW IN THE FRICK OF ENDINGS DID YOU WIN I HAVEN'T PLAYED IN A LONG TIME AND I THINK CUZ OF MY RETURN TO IT I KNOW MY REASON TO QUIT
Good speedrun bro
I dint belive its 2 turns
I have a question: it's good to get on it, the one that in high areas does a lot of damage
High ground damage upgrades are pretty good in general, though characters usually have better things to spend their upgrades on at first.
It's just that I only climbed one point of attack in an elevated area
@@jaroh1240I also think it's the same with Mario's ability that when he picks up a mushroom he gives it a lot of life, I think that's convenient at the beginning of the game when you don't have any health yet, or if you're doing beastly damage
@@luismateoriverovalencia6930 The thing about the mushroom bonus is that you can just max out Mario's mushroom healing in the skill tree right before you take the mushroom. Once you take it, you can switch back the skill tree to how it was before. There's no need to worry about choosing Mushroom healing over other abilities in a battle.
Ok @@jaroh1240I'm asking you why I'm going to play mario + rabbids kingdom battle and sparks of hope again, DLC chronologically
Funnily enough
First time i beat bowser, a smasher did the final hit
Of both my last living party member and bowser at the same time
Got the worst possible score card, all 3 characters having an X
Did it just say fair?
Brilliant.
Hey JaRoH! I used the strategy you used here and made a couple changes, and I was able to beat the final boss with Yoshi in 2 turns - without using Fire RNG! I have a video on my channel of the completion if you're interested in seeing it.
Well i did not see that coming
Speedrun moment
I don’t know if it’s possible to beat the final boss of Mario Rabbids Kingdom Battle in 2 turns
Well, the video shows how it's done!
Oh yeah I guess it is possible to beat the final boss of Mario Rabbids Kingdom Battle in 2 turns I was able to do that with Mario Rabbid Mario and Yoshi
@@cameronarnott8138 If you did it with Yoshi instead of Luigi, then that is very impressive. I only did it with very high Burn RNG and could not replicate the route after hours of recording.
Damn i can only do it in 5 turns
DAMNNN
Why does Luigi do more damage with the hero's sight (Ink) than he should?
He probably used skill tree
@@Rexyboi17 Bro in the level there is no elevated area except when bowser is flying out of the map and while he dies he goes inside and at that moment Luigi takes damage with his sight and with the elevated area enhancer, I guess it will be a Glitch.
It is a glitch. The high ground spots do not look intended in this level.
That happened to me too be fair it breaks the game
Need a Platinum not a Golden trophy
You Should Kill The Ememies First If Ur Focused On MegaDragonBowser Kill Emeies If u don’t u lose…
This is the Lowest Turns Challenge. My only goal here is to beat the level in as few turns as possible by any means necessary.
