I'm going to make it for myself and wrote down all the ingredients, sharing here for others: - 1 package tofu (400g) - 1 bunch green onions, chopped up into 1-in long pieces. - vegetables (e.g. 2 small bell peppers, or 1-2 cups stir fry mix) - 1 red onion chopped roughly - 2-3 chopped chilis, to taste - 1 T garlic chopped or minced - 1 T ginger paste - 1/2 T cumin - 1/2 T coriander - 1 t sugar - 1 tsp corn flour - 1 Tsoy sauce - 1/3 t paprika - 1/2 t black pepper - salt to taste - 2-3 T tomato puree
