I am waiting for my magnetic embroidery hoop to be delivered in the mail. .I would get more magnets for your magnetic hoop to increase better coverage. I like the ease of use instead of fighting with the regular hoop.
Hellloooo! I am sooo glad to have found your channel. I am new to embroidery. I just purchased my first Brother SE600. I am both nervous and excited to get started. Thank you for a fantastic video. Whoo! hoo!
oh yay! I have the brother se400. I clicked your link and ran right over to Amazon and put one in my cart. Thanks. We've been waiting for this for a long time.
I cannot wait to try this magnetic hoop! Thank you for also teaching me what floating really is with the stabilizer...I've been doing that wrong and this will save me SO much time.
I love your video here. I bought a magnetic hoop for my machine and love it as well. Mine is a 4 x 4 hoop too. I bought the extra magnets that were mentioned in the owner's sheet. It was a definite great purchase!
I bought one of these magnetic hoops for my Brother Galaxie. It was a total waste of money. I did follow the instructions to the letter. Now it's binned. My New Machine does a great job. Hoop tear -away put fabric on top, line it up do a basting stitch all around. Then start embroiders. Finishes without burns or pockets. The one that you have appears to do a good job.
From what i've heard through the grapevine there are older versions that didn't work as well. That's why I wanted to try it out myself first. I hate that yours didn't work as well as you needed it to.
Thank you, I am new to machine embroidery and I learned a lot from your video. Now I know what the grid is for! I will try to float my stabilizer under the hoop which makes things so much easier. I will also make up some of that magic sauce to remove my washable marker! I think I will buy a magnetic hoop as it looks well worth the money. I have arthritis in my hands and be so much easier to use.
Hi. I tried to buy from you, but sold out. Thank you for all you do. You are so beautiful! And I love your videos. I had a problem with a stitch out and found the answer on another video. So awesome.
I used the link on your page, however it only opened my Amazon home page. You may want to check on that. Enjoying your videos. Have already learned a lot from you. I have the Brother Innovis 1250D. Not many videos on the Disney machine. I have been frustrated and stuck for a long time, until I stumbled on your videos. Appreciate your time and knowledge.
Thank you for your video I had a question I have a brother PE 150 would you say that this magnetic hoop would fit my machine? It is a 4x4 embroidery machine
SA432 is the hoop part number for your 4 X 4 hoop that came with the machine. These non authentic Brother hoops may not fit tight when snapped into the embroidery carriage of the machine. Unfortunately this lady did not check to see if the hoop could move a tiny bit when she installed it. If it did that could be enough to ruin your embroidery designs. I have bought several of this same brand magnetic hoops that fit sloppy.
I'm so happy I found you! Enjoyed this video very much, you make things easy to understand.. Would like to order but don't see my machine, PE 780D. Also unsure which link takes me to this on your Amazon page. Ok, I'm not good with the computer as well as trying to learn embroidery :). I have a snap hoop monster in the larger size, but it is not as easy as this looks. The top magnet frame is notched out where it has the connectors on the bottom frame to attach to my machine and I just cant seem to get it right.
Did you ever use the 3 pack set hoop set that Amazon sells made by Sell Tech? I am looking for other options for my 4x4 Brother PE535. Thank you and LOVE your videos!
Loved your video.....you get right to the point and your instructions are fabulous. Thank you for sharing this video. I'm subscribing so I can see more from you. :-)
I have the Brother NQ 1600e. I bought the DIME snap hoop monster for 5 x 7, but I am working on some infant items and would like a magnetic hoop in 4x4 for my machine. Do you know if this one will fit?
Wow that's great!. Eve on a different note when doing a baby bib and adding the snaps.do use the babyville snaps ? I feel like they are hard to unsnap.am I using too much pressure?
You can still use the method you always have. It's never a requirement, just letting folks know about the other cool accessories they can use with the machine.
Thank you, Eve, for all of your instructional videos. I sure get a lot out of them! I have a brother LB-6800PRW. I have used this magnetic hoop a few times. I'm not really happy with the results for 2 reasons. One, I was thinking maybe I needed additional magnets so I purchased them by way of ordering the smaller magnetic hoop. Also, as I watched it embroider the left side of the embroidery pattern (appliqueing a towel) the right side of the hoop was being pushed against and slightly up the sewing machine panel where the stitch designs usually are (for lack of a better term, sorry.) as if the hoop is too big for the machine. We're now in the throws of selling and relocating and I haven't had time to test out the additional magnets. Have you experienced the overall hoop size being an issue?
No I have not. A lot of the issue could be which hoop you purchased. From what I've heard (through online chats) the 4x4 magnetic hoop for the PE770 or PE800 machines are not that great. However, I was able to stitch out just fine with this one that is specifically made for the 4x4 machine.
I do use an embroidery thread in my bobbin. It is a 60 weight bobbin thread. If you click the link in the description of this video to my Amazon Store, the bobbin thread is listed in the Embroidery Supplies section.
I'm new to embroidery...like very new...like, I'm getting my first machine today new lol...I've been watching your videos trying to learn as much as i can going into this and your videos are awsome! Anyway, My questions is this...will this hoop work on bibs, onsies, baby blankets ALSO and more importantly...will this fit the Brother PE800 machine
Welcome to the addiction! LOL! And congrats on the new machine! The Brother PE800 is a 5x7 machine. If you click the link to my Amazon store, you will find the magnetic version that fits 5x7 machines. Now, as long as the item is flat, you can embroider on it with that hoop.
I am a hand embroider. I found a wonderful hand magnetic hoop from the Ukraine. Why is it that the US never gets other smart items that other countries use? Some one please tell me where I can go, other than the Ukraine, to get a hand held magnetic square hoop.
SA-432 is the part number for the hoop you are comparing the magnetic hoop to. To better inform your viewers, please inform yourself first. Read the manual that accompanies your machine and/or google it.

SA 425 is the part number for the 4x4 hoop using the click in bracket system on the SE machines
Not quite: SE-425 is a model number for a machine. SA-425 is a hoop for a completely different set of machines not demonstrated in her video.
Yeah, finally, thank you so much for the heads up!
You're welcome! Thank You for watching the video.
Thank you I have the brother SE425 also and I have never used it to embroider anything I must try. I watch every one of your videos.

Hi I am also new to embroidering did you say you put vinegar with water to get rid of the marker
You mentioned a hat hoop in this video. Which one is that for the brother? I see lots on Amazon and not sure which to buy.

I have an Elissimo bsbylock. I recently got the 8 x 8 magnetic hoop. So awesome!
What brand of washable marker are you using?
DIME (Designs in machine embroidery) had a set of washable markers that work great!
Will this work for Brother LB5000
You can check the listing for your model number. If they show your machine in the listing then yes!

Would this hoop work for embroidering quilts?
A thinner quilt, yes. The thicker quilts could possibly work, but I would double check the magnets against it. The magnets ARE pretty strong though.

How does the hoop work with bulkier items like a bath towel?
If it fits the PE500 & PE540 will it fit the PE550D
Does anyone know if this Will this work with the babylock verve?
That should be so much easier to use than the traditional hoop for those bulky items.
That is definitely the case!
