That was a great idea to reverse it for a more precise placement. Thanks! I have magnetic hoops for both of my machines and love them.

I have 2 of those that I use for mostly for towels, quilting and very thick fabrics. I also, have brought an Amazon brand HoneySew. HoneySew is about $100 cheaper than DIME, I have 4 sizes for my Babylock Pathfinder. They have these little very strong magnets that you place around the hoop to hold the fabric. HoneySew comes with a grid that I used to make on the metal part of the hoop. The thing I like about the HoneySew is I can adjust my fabric in small increments. I probably use the HoneySew more than the DIME, but both of them have upped my embroidery game. They make hooping so easy and fast! If I had found Honey Sew first would I have brought DIME? Yes, for me they have different purposes and uses. Thank you for your content. May your days be filled with Good Sewing! M

I received one as a gift and used it for the first time recently for end to end quilting on my embroidery machine. I loved it and learned a lot.

Hi. Great job. You can use big hair claws which are for your hair to hold your hoodie back.

Thank you for this video. It has really opened my eyes to products that can make a smaller embroidery machine process much easier. 😊

With that stabilizing method you use do you have any issues with it puckering once the item is washed?

Purchased the following a few months back via online, Embroidex brand, 5x7 & 5x12 metal magnetic hoops
with circular magnets. Although still in the learning era, the larger hoop above was returned I just continued practicing via
Amazon purchased repositional hoop, found the magnets on the larger hoop to be cumbersome while stitching up a t-shirt.
*My first time seeing the DIME in action, impressive especially stitching up that crewneck.
If I was interested in keeping my flat bed for the long haul I'd probably buy the larger DIME Hoop,
Appears less complex to use without the hassle of trying to keep the fabric still & tight as a drum!
    SIDE BAR:
I wish research on at least a 4 needle machine was done prior to buying my NS1150E aka PE800.
Although a 5x7 hoop was included as well interest in it's use has diminished greatly.
Due to thread changing steps & mandatory machine baby sitting chore.
    Thanks for the review. 😊

Thank you for your comment! Yes changing the thread can be annoying but there are lots of beau designs your can still do with one thread color 😊

Thank you for this info. I can see where a Dime would be very useful. I'm a beginner and just purchased 2 Honeysew hoops. Very informative. Thanks
