  • CEJ with support from Bread for the World(BftW) is implementing a Resilient Initiative for Sustainable Environment(RISE) in Sinazongwe and Serenje districts which focuses on building resilient and responsive communities. This documentary centred on manganese toxicity highlights challenges faced by the affected individual and their families. Additionally, the government's action to guarantee that the victims receive fair compensation.

    The government is aware about the disease but how long will it take for the same government to address the same issue and protect the environment and the lives of humans and other animals?
    This is really saddening... I don't think this development is supposed to be addressed very speedily.
