I can't even express how impressed I am with all of the young lady's who have taken the opportunity to travel and have adventures in their youth. At 62 I can tell ya, it's so much better to explore when you're young then to wait until you're older to do these things. Thank you for sharing all the wonders of this trip with us. God bless.
And when we were young, the whole world was a different place. Or is it just that we've seen too many unfortunate things by this age?

I think my very favorite part of this epic journey is when you visited all of the temples in Cambodia. Angkor Wat is just so mesmerizing and mind boggling in its scope and minute details. Hong Kong just looks so interesting and atmospheric...and also, I loved the other vlogs but those tours made me feel vicariously exhausted LOL. Funny, the last time I saw your log shed roof I thought, "that's about to fall down..."

Loved all three holiday videos (was it 3?)
The scenery, the balance between fun group stuff and taking yourself off kayaking for that private time (I'm an introvert: know exactly how good that feels!) I also loved the food, the waterfalls, the scenery, the sneaky admission "I'm barefoot again" on the hong kong trail made me smile (when are you not? You so remind me of my daughters!) the switching camera between you filming and friends filming you.

This was such a treat to watch!!! I was born in HK and left when I was 8. Went back in 1989 which was the last time I was back. Hardly even recognize it anymore.
I really enjoyed this video. I visited Hong Kong several times in the 1980's. The city has obviously changed enormously, and just about the only thing that I recognised was the Star Ferry, and the Peak. Thanks for making this fun video.

Thanks Hannah. I've never seen a travelogue on Hong Kong before so that was really interesting. My brother was stationed there for years but I never got out to visit him (busy with my own travels at the time). I don't think you ever told us what you did when you lived there? Your mum is so good looking after your miceickles!

A lot of us make the mistake of working and saving for retirement to travel and enjoy life, but when that time comes either our health declines or other things get in the way. I am glad she is doing it the opposite way. I just love the way she is able to travel alone or with others. After all that travel and a little rest and she bounces back to her normal routine.
Hong Kong and the Philippines are both beautiful places. Miss them
