It appears you can edit and save and rename using google slides. Is there a way a person can only open a PPT file using only the PPT app and not other apps?

In Excel, when the read-only option appears after you PW protect from modifications, the user can still "save as" onto their own personal folder. This way, they can edit the file as they please, they just can't override the original file. How do I get PPT to do this? Why is the Save as feature turned off???
