Thanks for the video. What’s the narrow hose with white lining under the throttle body? I have it on my car not connected to anything and having trouble finding the other end.
Geisen Mon white lined hose? Or do you mean plastic inside? There is a vacume connector under the right side of the TB. That should connect in a T shape to the FPR
That is a clamp removal tool. The modern spring loaded clamps need something like that. A pair of pliers so the job too, but they arent as easy to use.
Danke für die Aufnahme. Grüsse aus Ungarn

Hose clamp gripper - self locking - really useful -- old git, UK
Hi sorry for asking questions on an old video but dp you need to empty the coolant or is it just recommended?
I would drain a little. The TB sits high enough to bot need a huge full drain. I'd say about a couple of liters... No more.
Is that the throttle body making the pumping notice prior to ignition?
Yep
What's the red handle tool

At 4:33 I take it you're draining some coolant?
Charlie Harper yep. I emptied the lot if I remember correctly... Makes it easier to fill and a fresh blend of coolant is never a wrong thing to do.
He don’t say the tool size or nothing
It isn't a tutorial... It is just watching the procedure.
Not standard Muffs I assume......
Julian james what do you mean?
Sounds like you have a sports exhaust or something, My XJ8 is much quieter.....
Julian james ah if you mean the exhaust, the mufflers are stock X300 3.2l one ;) everything before them is pipe...
