If I had to put 'Post Its' on what I want, you couldn't find the museum! Want! Love! Everything! My Super-Nommie favorite is the kitchen girl. The Albert Marque doll...WANT with the entire kitchen scenario! (That and one of those muffins and coffee would be a tasty treat too after seeing such magnificent dolls)! To think, children use to play with these dolls and their little items and trunks every day. Hugs guys and Thank-you for sharing this incredible Eye Candy video! At this moment, I'm drooling more than a St Bernard now! 💕 💕 💕
Thanks Rachel. This your was so much fun. Luv all these Dolls and their clothes n accessories. I absolutely luv luv doll house miniatures. I would like if possible to see close up look of the miniatures.
This was just delightful. Those dresses, I just love the details... Oh give me the patterns and I would be so happy. I do take inspiration from the details and the Rococo period for my own clothing. But love there are all the dolls I love to look at and then there are those that steal your heart... Heart be still, I love miniatures but I have always loved crafting them. My dad and grandpa built me a 1950s ranch style dollhouse on a selfbuilt table I loved as a child. One of my newer delights are the 1:24 miniature room, apt, shop and house kits. I have made 3 loft apt so far. I don't have the room for 1:12 at the moment.
Those fox slippers! I want to make some for one of my own dolls And I LOVE the Dehors boys, especially the one with the long black jacket, tophat, and goatee...and I want those tiny books...and that mustachioed dollhouse doll...and the teaservice in the dollhouse...and the pink monkey
Totally agree with your "TED" talk. Wanting things and creating makes you feel alive and shows that you are!💗 p.s. I wonder if Shirley Temple Black ever visited this place since she lived in northern CA? Thank you . this is wonderful! (I have a few collectible Barbies that sat out since my daughter played with them.. I am wondering how you wash the dresses...or dry clean?)
Definitely agree. When I'm in a bad place mentally, I stop enjoying my favorite things, and have nearly gotten rid of prized collections only to be thankful I kept them when I felt better
I have sewn to some of my antique dolls and use vintage material it take weeks to made a gown and underwear as the antique ones and I do my own pattern after look in a book so I also do when sewn clothes for my self in what one wears 100-200 years ago even older some of my clothes was on a museum I sold to a dress from 1780s and 1800.
I know of the peacock dress, my former "'headmistress" called Cathy ( founder of Foundations Revealed a historic sewing academy,) attempted to recreate it before realizing it was too much of a task, she did however manage to track down so much information that had been previously unknown and we can credit a lot of what we know now to her investigations, such as where the embroidery was done for the gown. However, I never knew the story behind the Curzon family seeking to reclaim it and being dismayed at the aging, trust Michael to know additional parts of the gowns history. He is a walking encyclopedia of culture !
My girl needs the materials for the wonderful blue travel costume. I think it is called Le Train Bleu? I want the sweet little all bisque baby, even though I don't collect babies.
Want just love these old dolls
I can’t believe children actually had these to play with. I wanna play so bad..!! 💕

16 minutes into the video and nothing happening except for a lot of chatting…
That’s pretty typical. I could chat to a doorknob for an hour.
No manners!! Why be mean to these lovely people?
