How wonderful you are to gift this beautiful little film to us! Each doll was my very favourite...until you showed the next! The narration and filming was so sensitively and passionately done-it was better than a Hollywood thriller to me. Thank you.

45:19 there's something special about each and every one of these dolls, but for some reason this doll in particular struck a chord with my inner child. she must have been so dearly loved. It's that precious feeling of have something that is beautiful to care for and is yours. Wonderful video.

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful collection with us. If I lived closer to your museum, I would visit it many times a year, and will never get tired. I love your channel and videos and appreciate you sharing all the history behind each beautiful work of art. Both, the dolls and the costumes are masterpieces. I’m fascinated by history and fashion and I find your videos very inspiring. While I’m watching this now, I’m actually making a tiny doll body, and once she is complete and done with wig, shoes and outfit, she’ll be no more than 6 inches tall. Thanks again, and a big hug from the other side of the world 💓

I cannot thank you enough for writing such a lovely message. It is my pleasure to share our collection, and the payback is to know that it touches people in a positive way. If you are ever close enough for a visit, it would be my honor to give you a private tour of our little museum.
      With all good wishes...Michael

Oh my! Where do I start? As a little girl, 60 some years ago, my father brought me a Mm. Alexander doll every time he came home from traveling or for my birthday. Brides, ballet dancers, fashions from the early part of the century. Compared to these dolls they were pretty ..meh.. But I think the most available dolls at the time. I adored them and although I played with them, I played carefully. My sister got ahold of several of them and ruined them, them my mother let them molder in a damp basement. When I had my first child, a girl, she gave them to me...Oh God! they looked terrible, Clothes torn and moldy, hare walked off, faces coughed and eyes poked out. I was horrified similar to seeing a picker of a beaten child ( far from that but I hope you get the emotions I felt) I had my husband burry tehem in the yard. He understood my emotions and planted flowers over their grave, ( he was not a flower person, but I am.). My inner child came out when they were given to me and came out when ever I picked the flowers or weeded the garden. He died 33 yrs ago and I sold the house two years latter. I have since gone back to see the place. My husbands perfectly kept lawn was weedy and the flowers were gone. the end of my childhood and inner child hood.
