Thank you for discussing clearances, I hadn’t even considered that until you mentioned it. I plan on remodeling my wife’s pantry and I’m working with limited space so a lazy Susan would look out of place and a blind corner cabinet feels like my best bet. Thanks again! Great explanation

Thanks for that. You confirmed what I have been wondering about, that I need to calculate extra space when planning to install a blind corner cabinet

Great info. I would've liked to have seen a finished example product too.

You just solved my problem. I'm making my own cabinets and the ones in there do not use the blind corner so that space is wasted.

How does the filler strip stay in place without exposing the means of attachment?

Nice explanation. What do the dimensions 45-48 in a blind corner cabinet indicate?

I hate our cabinets!!!! I’m so mad.. I have a small bottom cabinet that’s not even a full 8 inches wide.. but it opens up to the right and is a huge space.. it’s at least 24W x 38D x 32H just on what I can measure because it’s so stupidly odd... I would have soooooo much space if only I had access to the depth of it.. I have looked for an extension arm to put in there to swing out to store things on but everything is so much wider than the door width.. I want to knock the joining cabinet wall on the right to open it all up.. and put a fake joining cabinet door there. Nothing makes me more mad than good wasted space!!

Thank for your insightful comments! We strongly suggest the use of the "pause", "Stop" or "Back" features of TH-cam and your browser when you encounter content you don't like or don't have patience for. We agree, the videos can be long and tedious, but our actual customers who are needing this information to design their kitchen or build the cabinets we sold them rely on it. Thanks for putting up with us!
