I’m Vietnamese & I approve 😊 A lot of people just make regular soup & add pho noodles in it and call it pho but it’s really not “pho” unless you add that tea bag with all those spices in it bc you need that aroma that it gives to the broth for it to be ‘pho’ Looks delicious Claudia!! You never disappoint 💜🍴
i'm Vietnamese and married to my Mexican husband and I LOVE HOW AUTHENTIC THIS RECIPE IS!! 🎉 Miss Claudia, our family has been loving every single one of your recipes for 5 years and counting!!
Girl! I’m Vietnamese and I make your recipes all the time!! I love that you added that Mexican flair to the broth with the chili pods!!! Looks amazing!
This video was done with so much respect and it shows you did research on how to do this recipe love it ! Please make it a series where you do different cultures foods ❤ you amazing Claudia!!
Hola Claudia!😊 WOW! This recipe looks A-MA-ZING, and not overly complicated to make; the best kind!😊 I am going to give it a go and make it for my family! I will let you know how it turns out.🤞🏻I ❤️ spicy Vietnamese food , so THANK you for such a flavorful recipe!😁
Girl this video came in perfect timing for me! I’ve been wanting to make Pho and this video made it so easy to do so im excited to make it! 🎉 thank you!!
It is going to blizzard this weekend where I live. I went out and bought the missing ingredients before the storm hit, I'm excited to make this while it is cold outside. Your recipes are great and I've enjoyed them for over a year. This came at the perfect time.
I've watched your videos to learn mexican cuisine and am glad to see your take on my people's most famous dish. Serial legit and the chile pods were an interesting twist!
Aww I miss when you use to name each ingredient in the video 😢 this is why I stay watching the old ones 🥺 but I just got into pho and your my favorite TH-camr for recipes!
Love that you added a Mexican touch to your pho! I would never thought to add dry chilies to the broth. As long as it's beefy enough with the traditiional spices and onion with ginger I guess it's fine. Sort of like Birria pho that's popular right now. F authenticity fusion is where it's at nowadays.
Looks absolutely mouthwatering!😋Perfect combination of ingredients and all the best flavors in one dish!👌I''ll be definitely making this!💯Thank you Claudia for sharing another awesome recipe!👍Greetings from Poland!😊❤
❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉 thank you, i have always wanted to make pho but then i get discouraged and end up making either caldo de Res or birria in a bowl, with rice and tortillas. I had never seen the chiles added before, and I am loving your twist on it. I will be savimg your video and returning to see if I will actually trust in myself and make Claudia Beef Pho. Thanks for sharing.
So I recently discovered a Korean Beefless Bulgogi product in the freezer section at Trader Joe's and have been trying to think of ways to use it other than just pure straight stir fry. I'm thinking this would be a terrific application. Yum and gracias!
Your channel is my go-to for my mexican cravings. Tip: you can just soak your dry pho noodles in cold or room temp water for about 1 hour minimum. Then you can laddle your boiling broth into a bowl of your noodles before serving. As an alternative, you can blanch your soaked noodles in a pot of boiling water, strain, place in a bowl, and laddle your broth over it.
So yea.... however, U.S. normal grocery stores don't carry rock sugar.... Mexican sugar/cane sugar or pilloncillo would be our substitute, although again because the content of molasses it would change the flavor... So again, granulated sugar (although not authentic to Asian cuisine) can still sweeten without affecting the overall flavor profile of the broth and more readily available to audiences...❤
I know the bag of noodles says pho on it but those are rice vermicelli noodles (bun) used in other soups and dry noodle bowl dishes. Pho noodles are flat noodles.

Good job
As I understand, pho requires the meat to boil for many hours. Is that not correct?
