One of the best videos from this Sarawak series, Steve lvana. Lots of amazing adventures off the beaten path. Despite some language barrier but with hand gestures and a few Malay words here and there from Steve, Ken and Mike, the "sampan" ride was successful finally. Awesome tour around that Melanau village/ kampung...so much to learn ranging from History, cultures, traditions and some hilarious moments....super interesting indeed. Shout-out to Mr Jula and his father for the boat ride and Mr Benedict, as a guide for the Melanau village tour. And of course, not forgetting Ken and Mike for the great ideas. A huge thanks to all for making this awesome video for us.
Thank you so much en Jula and Mr. Benedict for revealing such gems where even many Malaysians do not know before, but now we learn so much and appreciate even more of the East treasure of Malaysia!
I believe mr Benedict is an active member of the youth community based on the shirt he's wearing. So i guess that's the reason he is so knowledgeable & passionate about his community & villages
Wow, so much to learn from your adventures in the interior of Sarawak. So kind of Mr Jula and his dad for taking you for a ride up and down the river to check out a hidden beach. Shout out to Mr Benedict for explaining about the Melanau heritage so that the rest of us can also get a brief history and cultural lesson, too. 👍👍 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for this video.
