Make your videos more dynamic. Animations for the screenshots ideally, and make them smaller. You don't really need subtitles. Pacing was good, just make the visuals dynamic. Also don't have too many still images for these 2 minute type videos, retention would lower.

Usually I would have camera instead, which works a lot better. Just couldn’t record last night so I had to improvise
