    Thanku for explaining so clearly what is going in with my shoulder! One thing - at the start, you cite reasons for inset, mine happened as a result if subluxation so it's directly due to rotator cuff injury.

    Chiropractic student here. An easy way of activating the suboccipitals is to tell the patient to look up at you. We do this when the patient is laying supine for the active release. Just a tip:)

    My back of my head above C1, right side it goes numb tingling sensation and throbbing but no pain it’s just like it’s asleep like when your leg or hand fall asleep that’s how it feels like on my head the back of my head is the weirdest freaking feeling please explain. I do have cervical C4, C5 and C6 generation

    I thought I just had strained muscle in my neck about 2 months ago I finally went to the dr. Because I was in so much pain especially when moved my neck forward. We tried Steroids and muscle relaxers and rest didn't work so the dr. adjusted my neck and now the pain is worse and more constant it feels like my head is to tight. What to do
