Tuna and egg salad sandwiches are super underrated. You can keep them simple and they're great or jazz them up and make them amazing. These all looked great but I know I would have gone straight for that tuna.
They all looked amazing, but one I would try first would totally be the grilled veggies sandwich. I would love more sandwich ideas not to mention those tasty drinks too 🖤

You used asparagus, but I used zucchini, red bell pepper and dried tomatoes. I was surprised by how simple and delicious it was, so thank you so much for inspiration. Sliced avocado is definitely more appealing to the eye but sometimes it can tend to slide out and your sandwich will fall apart! Sometimes its best just to put mashed on there even if it doesn't look as pretty lol

In culinary school we used butter as a moisture seal spread on the bread and refridgerate a few minutes.

You could make your own pesto and sub the nuts for things like sunflower seeds or pepitas if that's not an allergy concern for you :)
