Both the Lagos and Ogun State government are kidding if they think they can stop Nigerians from this public embarrassment. What they should do is to provide paid modern washrooms along the stretch from Opic down to Lagos run by a private company and also provide solar light from Lagos to Ibadan. Thank You.
