Lagos needs to improve his housing deficit issues and have a website to check the authenticity of a land

Lagos has no housing deficit issues. The smallest state in Nigeria housing 10% of the population of the country, simply because the past and governors of other states clearly lack vision. And anyone who says it's because of the ports is definitely delulu.

Lagos is choked. The thing to do is build metro rail connections to areas in the fringes of Lagos and in Ogun state. So people can live there and work in the cities. This will help to decongest the inner areas of Lagos.

The government should assist her with recovering her loss from the seller. Anyone deliberately taking money from people under deception should be made to pay back and face the wrath of the law.

NO. It is not the responsibility of government to help individuals to buy property or help people to recover property. She needs to get a lawyer and go after the developer

When my husband wanted to purchase land at Ikorodu axis, that very day, he bought beers and food for Omo onile in the area, they later told him not to buy that land that it belongs to lagos state, they told him the truth because he is a generous to them from the beginning, imagine that.

I know. The lawyers are not helping neither. So, the government should create a system whereby you cannot buy or sell without passing through the banks and an established notary service. Therefore, creating a means by which to checkmate any abuse and fraudulent practices. These, as well as paying taxes. It might be impossible to help her retrieve her money now, buy enforcing due diligence helps to promote safe exchange.

You left your region in south east to build your home in another man country, why wouldn't they demolished it. This will be a big lesson to igbo efulefus who believed Igbo land is not good for development.

I don’t blame Lagos state government for the demolition of those houses at all. It wasn’t their fault but it is the fault of the people that bought the land and started building on it without doing the finding to know whether the area is government acquisition area or not. It has become the habit of our people to build in a government acquisition area. Ignoring the legal aspect of the land. Majority knew that the land that was sold to them the sold to them was not genuine but Omo onile did that to make money.

It may be easy to trick some people on certain issues but those with discerning minds comprehend the obvious even from a far.
A question for the Lagos State government here is; If it claim the buildings are unapproved by it, how were the homeowners able to acquire the lands, developed from scratch to finish in their numbers across the state without its knowledge?
Truth be told here... Whatever is evil need not in any guise deemed nor portrayed right by anyone.
Yes, it is easy to chat and make fun of the injustices meted out to helpless people now on your TV interviews BUT Truth remains..., that the random Demolition of their genuinely acquired properties without due compensation is man's inhumanity to man and KARMA will not be kind to the land of Lagos state for carrying out such an Inhumanin act against strangers whose hard work over the years has contributed immensely to the growth of the state only to be treated with such cruelty.

Let the world see how clean or develope your Lagos will be. Igbos go back and start buying properties that they will develope in some of the demolished grounds. Most Nigerians in diaspora that have lands in Lagos are selling ASAP. If landmark company can be pulled down what stop your own property being pulled . If you know or hear you known.
